The inferior frame has not been pickled and phosphated, does not have holes, is easy to rust, and deliberately closes the port so that people cannot see the thickness of the pipe wall. High-quality frames have thin tube walls and light weight, and the weight difference between them and inferior frames can reach more than 20 kg.
The quality of the frame is related to the reliability, stability and service life of the vehicle. Inferior frames are easy to break and cause accidents. So be careful.
Second, it depends on the shock absorption system
Front fork sleeve shock absorption: Judging from the appearance, the front fork sleeve shock absorption is hydraulic shock absorption, the inner cylinder is made of multi-level chrome plating, and the surface is smooth and clean; the outer cylinder is made of polished aluminum. The shock absorption of mid-range front fork sleeves is generally hydraulic shock absorption, but the chromium level is low, the appearance is poor, the color is dull, it is easy to rust, and the oil seal is easy to leak. The shock absorption of inferior front fork sleeves is basically a dry type, iron cylinder, some have external, no hydraulic shock absorption function, so it often makes abnormal noises, and after about one year of use, the cylinder will rust to death and lose the shock absorption function .
Rear plate shock absorption: The number of high-quality plates is four to five, and the width and thickness increase. The lower plate is generally three pieces with a narrow width. Some low-quality products, for fools, say to use double boards, but it is actually useless.
The shock absorption system of an Electric Tricycle is more important than that of two wheels. Because the Electric Tricycle is heavier and the road conditions are poor, the quality of the shock absorption system is very important to the comfort and stability of the Electric Tricycle.
Three, look at the details
Details determine whether a product is a good product. Especially for Electric Tricycle, there are hundreds of parts. Screws are small parts that are used more, which can be distinguished from the pros and cons of color. High-quality screws have two colors: silver and green; low-quality screws have two colors, yellow and white. In addition, such as the front mud tiles, plastic lamps and instruments, car locks, hinges, battery cells, pressure plates, etc., should be carefully checked.
Fourth, it depends on the vehicle wiring harness
Electric Tricycle run on electricity and have complex circuits. The core of the wire harness is thick and the layout design is reasonable; the core wire of the inferior wire harness is hard and impure, easy to corrode and rust, the insulating material is easy to age and crack, and the line failure is more likely to occur.
