1. Connect the thick wires two by two in sequence, and the motor should feel like a beat when turning. The three wires are connected in parallel. There should be considerable resistance when turning the motor back and forth, and it should be even. You can judge whether the motor phase wire is open circuit.
2. Use a multimeter to measure the resistance between the three phases A/B/C to see if they are equal. The larger the numerical difference, the worse the motor performance. And the greater the power of the motor, the smaller the resistance. If the resistance difference between the three phases is relatively large, for example, the difference is more than 15%, there must be something wrong with the motor coil 1 and it needs to be re-wound or replaced.
3. Check whether the Tricycle Motorcycle motor is burned out. Use a 500V megger to measure the insulation resistance of the motor winding and shell. It should not be less than 0.5 megohm.
4. Check whether it is normal: set the multimeter to the 20V voltage range, connect the black test lead to the thin black wire, and connect the red test lead to three signal wires respectively, and slowly turn the motor. The multimeter reading should have an alternating voltage change of 0V-5V, otherwise it indicates damage.
The voltage measurement method is more accurate. The specific operation process is as follows.
