How to increase the service life of a Tricycle Motorcycle battery

1. Keep the inside and outside of the battery clean: the electric dump fluid of the battery overflows the electric dump fluid electrolyte, soil, dust, etc. Cause short circuit discharge. The outside of the battery must be wiped frequently. You can use soapy water or alkaline water when scrubbing, but be sure to prevent soapy water or alkali from entering the battery, otherwise it will cause the battery to discharge automatically.

2. Tricycle Motorcycle batteries generally use a charging method that combines constant voltage and constant current. The characteristic of constant voltage charging is to keep the charging voltage unchanged during the charging process. When using constant voltage charging, since the charging voltage remains unchanged, the charging current will gradually decrease as the battery dynamics gradually increase during the charging process. When the battery is equal to the charging voltage, the charging current will automatically drop to 0 and stop automatically.
3. Regularly check the battery storage status and the charging status of the mining Tricycle Motorcycle battery. Judge based on the electrolyte density and terminal voltage (single cell) value. Use a high-rate discharge meter to measure the battery's current at high current (close to the engine starting current). The terminal voltage during discharge can accurately determine the degree of battery discharge. The technical condition of the battery is good. When measured with a high-rate discharge meter, the single-cell voltage should generally be above 1.5V and stable within 5 seconds. Otherwise, it indicates that the single-cell battery is overdischarged or faulty and should be supplemented or replaced.
4. Before installing a new battery on a Passenger Tricycle battery, corrosive substances on the battery connectors, trays and brackets must be removed. These corrosions can easily lead to poor contact, short circuit and leakage. In order to compensate for your own losses, recharge it every one month or so and place it in a cool, dry and ventilated place.
5. Correctly check and add electrolyte. Most batteries have upper and lower limit marks on the casing of the electrolyte level. Just check to see if the electrolyte level is within the specified range. Half-monthly inspections should be carried out in winter. In summer, the temperature is high and evaporation is easy, so inspections should be carried out once a week. When testing the liquid level, open the glass tube at both ends and do not use the instrument.
