2. Compare temperature rise
Use the newly delivered controller and the original controller to conduct the stall heat test under the same conditions. Remove the radiator of both controllers, use a car, prop up the feet, turn the handle to reach the highest speed first, brake immediately, do not brake to death, so as not to let the controller enter the stall protection, maintain at an extremely low speed for 5 seconds, release the brake, quickly reach the highest speed, brake again, repeat the same operation, for example 30 times, and detect the highest temperature point of the radiator.
Compare the data of the two controllers, the lower the temperature, the better. The test conditions should ensure the same current limit, the same battery capacity, the same vehicle, and the same test starting from a cold car, with the same braking force and time. At the end of the test, the tightness of the screws fixing the MOS should be checked. The looser the screws are, the worse the temperature resistance of the insulating plastic particles used is. In long-term use, this will cause the MOS to be damaged prematurely due to heat. Install the radiator again, repeat the above test, and compare the radiator temperature, which can examine the heat dissipation design of the controller.
