1. Prevent short circuit

When the battery is in a short-circuit state, its short-circuit current can reach hundreds of amperes. The tighter the short-circuit contact, the greater the short-circuit current, so all connected parts will generate a lot of heat, and the heat generated in the weak link will be greater, which will fuse the connection and cause a short circuit. Part of the battery may produce explosive gas (or accumulated explosive gas during charging), and sparks will be generated when the connection is blown, which will cause the battery to explode; if the short-circuit time of the battery is short or the current is not particularly large, it may not cause connection. Fuse at the place, but the short circuit will still cause overheating, which will damage the adhesive around the connecting strip, leaving hidden dangers such as leakage. Therefore, the storage battery must not be short-circuited. Special care should be taken during installation or use. The tools used should be insulated. When connecting the wires, first connect the electrical appliances other than the battery. After checking that there is no short circuit, connect the battery at last. It should be well insulated to prevent cracks caused by overlapping pressure.

2. Prevent loose and weak connections
If the contact is not firm, to a lesser extent, poor conduction will occur, causing the contact part of the line to heat up, the loss of the line is large, the output voltage is low, which will affect the power of the motor, reduce the mileage or cannot ride normally; If the contact is not firm, the terminal will generate a lot of heat, which will affect the combination of the terminal and the sealant. After a long time, the phenomenon of leakage and "acid climbing" will occur. If there is loose contact during driving or charging, an open circuit may occur, and strong sparks will be generated when the circuit is open, which may ignite the explosive gas inside the battery.
3. Don't blindly pursue power. The greater the power of the Tricycle Motorcycle of the same brand, the stronger the power, but the greater the battery loss. If there is no special need, it is not recommended to buy a high-power Tricycle Motorcycle, such as 1000w or larger. Because the greater the power, the shorter the relative battery life, and the higher the cost of replacing the battery.
