1. Electrical control box failure: The noise is generally dominated by current sound. It is generally believed that the current connector is faulty or some contacts are aging. They should be replaced or the contacts should be re-strengthened to eliminate the noise.
2. Electric gear failure: Stop the machine immediately and check whether the gear of the Tricycle Motorcycle is operating normally, whether the outer surface of the tooth is damaged, whether the central axis is deviated from the position, etc. These will cause the gear to make abnormal noises. Different faults will produce different noises, when the gear is not operating normally, the entire gear noise is dull; when the tooth surface is damaged, the noise is crisper; and when the central axis deviates from the position, the noise is obviously intermittent, and is accompanied by harsh sounds from time to time. When the gear failure is not dealt with , the use of Tricycle Motorcycle is prohibited.
3. Reducer failure: Shut down the machine first and check whether there is still wheel lubrication oil at the internal contact points. If the oil is insufficient or black, it needs to be replaced or refueled. If this condition persists for a long time, the gears and tooth surfaces will be excessively worn or damaged.
