Maintenance and care of Tricycle With Cabin

I. Maintenance and care of motors

(1) The vehicle has been installed and debugged to an excellent state before being sold. Please do not disassemble or install electrical appliances and related parts at will during use. If you find abnormal conditions such as abnormal noises from the transmission parts or failure to work when powered on during riding, you should ask a repairman to repair it.

(2) The motor does not need to be adjusted or maintained during normal use. Only some surface dust removal and other cleaning work is required. Do not add lubricating oil to the transmission parts at will.

II. Maintenance and care of batteries

(1) When the red undervoltage indicator light on the dashboard lights up, it indicates that the power has entered the starvation zone and should be charged in time. Timely charging will extend the battery life. Fully charge the battery once a day, and each charging time should be 8-12 hours. Keeping the battery fully charged at all times is good for its life. If it is not charged in time after riding, it will affect the battery life. In severe cases, the battery will be scrapped.

(2) When starting an Tricycle With Cabin, it should accelerate slowly. When driving on a steep slope or against the wind, pedaling can be used to assist the vehicle to avoid high current discharge from the battery, thereby extending the life of the battery and the motor. It can also prevent the burning of electrical components.

(3) When the battery is not used for a long time, it should be fully charged and stored, and recharged for no less than 24 hours every three months.

(4) The battery should be charged in an environment with good air circulation. Avoid being close to a fire source, and remove the battery pack when charging to facilitate heat dissipation.

(5) The working environment temperature of the battery is 15℃-40℃. Outside this temperature range, the normal operation of the battery will be affected.

(6) The positive and negative terminals of the battery cannot be short-circuited to avoid danger.

(7) Only the special charger provided by the manufacturer can be used for charging.

(8) The battery is a special battery. Please do not use it as a power source other than an electric bicycle to avoid damage to the battery.

(9) Do not use organic solvents to clean the battery shell. In case of an accidental fire, carbon dioxide cannot be used to extinguish the fire. Instead, fire extinguishers such as carbon tetrachloride should be used.

(10) If the battery pack fails, please send it to the manufacturer's authorized department or relevant agency for proper disposal. Please do not discard it at will to avoid environmental pollution.

(11) When the ambient temperature is higher than 40℃ or lower than -10℃, the battery life will be shortened. Therefore, in the hot summer, the battery should be kept away from direct sunlight. In the cold winter, the battery should be stored indoors and charged indoors. After the battery is fully charged, the charging time should be extended for another 2 hours.

(12) When the ambient temperature is -10℃, the battery can only discharge 60% of its power. Therefore, the mileage of a full charge in winter is much less than that of a full charge in summer. In winter, it is better to use pedal power when driving by electric power.

(13) Batteries are consumables and their life is limited. The end of the battery life should be assessed when the mileage of a full charge can only reach half of the specified mileage (25Km). That is, when the driving range after a full charge is less than 13 km, the battery life ends and a new battery should be replaced.

(14) In summer, it is strictly forbidden to expose electric vehicles to the sun for a long time.
