Tricycle Motorcycle performance and power supply maintenance

Tricycle Motorcycle are widely used in construction, roads, mines, factories and rural construction sites. The products are exported to all parts of the country. Electric motorcycles are mainly used to discharge slag liquid in water diversion tunnels, replacing tractors and agricultural vehicles. They have the advantages of small size and heavy load.

The inspection of the power supply device of the Tricycle Motorcycle is carried out by the charger in the charging room. The main contents include:
(1) Check whether the connection between the plug connector and the cable is firm and whether the explosion-proof performance is good.
(2) Check whether the connecting wires and pole welding points of the Tricycle Motorcycle battery pack are broken or welded.
(3) Check whether the rubber insulation sleeve is damaged and whether the poles and live parts are exposed.
(4) Check the battery pack and battery for short circuit and reverse polarity.
(5) Check the corrosion of the Tricycle Motorcycle box, whether the box cover is deformed, whether the switch is flexible, whether the insulation pad or sprayed insulation layer in the cover is complete, and whether there is a good connection between the box cover and the box body.
(6) Check whether the battery tank cover is damaged and leaks acid; whether the special working plug is damaged; whether the acid-resistant rubber pad is in good condition; whether the cap seat is peeled off; whether the battery sealing agent is cracked and leaking acid;
(7) The rated voltage of the power supply device is 100V and below, no more than 60mA; the rated voltage of the power supply device is 150V and below, no more than 45tmA;
(8) Rinse the battery pack with clean water frequently to keep it clean; (1) If one of the items (7) is unqualified, it means that it has lost its explosion-proof performance and must be stopped and disposed of.
