Reason: the release bearing lacks lubricant, resulting in dry friction or bearing damage, there is no gap between the release bearing and the inner end of the release lever, there is serious oil and dust between the release bearing sleeve and the conduit, or the return spring of the release bearing and the return spring of the pedal Fatigue, breakage, falling off, poor return of the release bearing, loose fit between the spline hole of the driven disc and its spline shaft, fatigue or breakage of the shock absorbing spring of the driven disc, loose rivets of the friction plate of the driven disc or loose rivets or The rivet head is exposed, and the transmission pin of the double-disc clutch and the middle pressure plate and the pin hole of the pressure plate are worn and empty.
Diagnosis and troubleshooting: Depress the clutch pedal slightly to make the release bearing contact with the release lever. If there is a "rustling" sound, it means that the bearing is abnormal. Lift up the clutch pedal, if there is an intermittent collision sound, it means that the release bearing is moving back and forth, the return spring of the release bearing should be replaced, and the pedal is stepped on continuously, if there is a sound when the clutch is just engaged or just separated, it means that the rivet of the driven disc is loose or exposed, the driven disc should be replaced
Phenomenon: When the engine is idling, step on the clutch pedal, there will be a gear impact sound and it is difficult to engage in the gear, if it is barely engaged, the engine will completely stop before the clutch pedal is fully released.
Reasons: The clutch pedal stroke is too large, the separation lever is bent and deformed, the support is loose, and the shaft pin of the support comes out, making it difficult to adjust the height of the inner end of the separation lever. Low, improper adjustment of the limit screw of the middle pressure plate of the double-disc clutch, fatigue of individual separation springs, insufficient height or breakage, inflexible axial movement of the middle pressure plate on the transmission pin or in the clutch drive window, warping of the steel plate of the driven plate , the friction plate is broken or the rivets are loose, the newly replaced friction plate is too thick or the front and back of the driven plate are installed incorrectly, the spline hole of the driven plate is stuck with the spline shaft of the first shaft of the transmission, the hydraulic longitudinal mechanism of the clutch leaks oil, there is air or Insufficient oil quantity, weakened diaphragm spring force, worn or damaged engine support, engine crankshaft and transmission input shaft are not in the same axis.
Diagnosis and troubleshooting: Check the stroke of the Tricycle Motorcycle clutch pedal, and adjust it if the stroke is too large. For the hydraulic longitudinal mechanism, check whether the oil in the liquid storage tank is insufficient or there is air in the pipeline and perform necessary elimination. Check the inner end of the release lever Height, if the separation lever is too low or not on the same plane, adjust it, otherwise check that the driven plate is reversed, if there is no problem, continue to check, check whether the driven plate is warped, deformed, and the rivets fall off, and whether the driven plate moves axially Cassette, if yes, replace or repair.
