What are the maintenance needs of Tricycle Motorcycle?

Tricycles are Tricycle Motorcycle, which are mainly divided into three categories according to industry classification: elderly vehicles, ordinary tricycles and passenger vehicles. 1. Daily maintenance of the product

⑤ Check the fastening of the whole vehicle, especially the connection between the front fork and the brake part of the frame head;
⑥ Check whether the front and rear tire pressure meets the requirements;
⑦ Check whether the lights and horn sound of the vehicle are normal.
2. First-level maintenance Tricycle Motorcyclee: In general, first-level maintenance should be carried out after the Gasoline Tricycle has driven 1000-2000 kilometers.
① Check and adjust the free travel of the clutch, accelerator, brake cable and handle, and clean and lubricate;
② Check and adjust the engine idle speed, spark plug electrode gap and working condition to ensure normal ignition and the engine is in good working condition;
③Clean the carburetor, air filter and oil switch;
④ Take out the battery, clean the surface, rinse the oxides on the terminals with boiling water, and check the specific gravity and liquid level of the electrolyte;
⑤ Check the nuts and bolts on the exposed parts of the vehicle. If loose, it should be tightened immediately;
⑥ Check whether the cable connector of the vehicle is loose and whether the contact is good;
⑦ Check the working condition of the pulley, clean and add grease;
⑧ The valve clearance of the four-stroke engine should be adjusted.
3. Secondary maintenance: Generally, Tricycle Motorcycle will be subjected to secondary maintenance after driving 3000-6000 kilometers.
①Remove carbon deposits in cylinders, cylinder heads, pistons, piston rings, mufflers, etc., and clean them with gasoline or kerosene;
② Clean the fuel tank, oil switch, carburetor, air filter and other dirt, and use compressed air to blow out the holes to keep them unblocked;
③ Check the wear of the clutch friction plates and brake shoes, and adjust or replace them according to the wear range;
④ Clean and check the steering column and front and rear shock absorbers, and add enough lubricating oil or grease as needed;
⑤ Check whether the runout of the front and rear rims meets the requirements;
⑥ Add lubricating oil to the control cables of the whole vehicle, and adjust or replace them if necessary;
⑦ Check the engine, gearbox lubricating oil quality and gear wear;
⑧Clean the magneto; remove the starter for cleaning, and fill the bearing with grease;
⑨ Check the lighting conditions of the vehicle lighting fixtures, and wipe off the dust and dirt on the headlight reflector and diffusion glass with a soft cloth or silk;
⑩ Fasten the bolts and nuts on the exposed parts of the vehicle;
⑪Remove the battery for cleaning and maintenance;
⑫ Check and adjust the valve clearance.
