If there is an abnormal sound when turning, and the abnormal sound disappears when going straight, it means that the planetary gear teeth are damaged or the supporting gasket of the planetary gear is too thick, or the planetary gear and the side shaft gear may not match. The planetary gear should be overhauled, and the support washer or the side shaft gear should be replaced.

There is a "humming" sound in the working axle housing of the Tricycle Motorcycle, and the sound is aggravated when the load increases. It is judged that the gear side clearance of the differential gear is too large or too small, and it should be adjusted. If there is abnormal noise when driving in gear, and it weakens or disappears when taxiing, it should be judged according to the specific situation. If there is abnormal sound when going uphill, it means that the gear meshing position is biased towards the tooth root; if there is abnormal noise when going downhill, it means that the gear meshing position is biased towards the tooth top, and the gear meshing position should be adjusted.
When there is a sudden violent sound in the rear axle housing during driving, it can be considered that the gears are cracked, and the gear pair should be replaced immediately.

2. If there is oil leakage from the differential case and the bearing seat, the bolts at the differential case and the bearing seat are loose or the case has cracks. The solution is to tighten the bolts and repair the cracks.
3. When the amount of oil added exceeds the specified interface, the oil will overflow automatically.
4. The air hole is blocked, causing the pressure in the bridge to rise, and the oil will seep out from the joint surface and the oil seal.
