Why do Electric Tricycle have electricity?

During the use of Electric Tricycle, consumers may encounter such a situation: what is the reason why the electric car does not go when it has electricity?

First of all, regardless of whether the Tricycle Motorcycle is powered on or not, the driving force should be supported off the ground for repair and inspection. Generally, the Tricycle Motorcycle has strong power. If it runs automatically, it cannot be controlled, and accidents are very easy.
1. Reason for braking
Electric Tricycle have handbrakes, and the car will not go away when the handbrake is pulled. In addition, most of the three wheels have a brake power-off function. Once the brakes of the car fail, for example, the brakes do not return, the brake power-off works, and the car does not supply power, of course it will not be able to go.
2. The reason for turning the handle
Generally, there are five wires leading out from the handlebar of an Electric Tricycle, the red wire, the black wire, and the blue wire are the handlebar wires, and the other two are the reversing wires. Use a multimeter to detect the voltage between the two wires of the lower handlebar.
Then turn the handle, if the voltage of the red wire and the black wire remains unchanged, then measure the black wire and the signal wire again. Turn the handle, if the voltage changes from 0.8-4.2, it can be judged that the handle is normal.
On the contrary, if the handlebar is broken, there is also a quicker way. Look for the handlebar cable from the controller. Try it with the handlebar. If it is directly connected to the turntable, it means that the handlebar may be broken, and then look for the one leading to the front. Turn the connector, turn the handle and try again.
If it is determined that the handlebar is broken, if it does not turn, it means that the middle handlebar wire of the handlebar has an open circuit, and the Tricycle Motorcycle manufacturer requires a replacement.
3. Motor reason
The Hall of the motor is often broken. Once there is a problem with the Hall, it may cause the car to paralyze or "shake" when working. If the motor's phase line and Hall line are well connected with the controller, please open the power lock to connect the controller. Electricity, adjust the multimeter to DC +20 volts.
Connect the black needle of the multimeter to the negative line of Hall, and use the red pen to detect the voltage of the three Hall lines of the motor. When measuring the three Hall lines, you need to turn the motor wheel slightly to see if the voltage of the multimeter is 0. -5 volt voltage change. If there is no change, it means that the corresponding Hall element is faulty or the Hall line is broken, replace it, otherwise the Hall element is normal.
We can also use a multimeter to measure the resistance position. The step is to unplug the Hall wire of the motor from the controller, insert the red pen into the positive red wire of the Hall, and check the resistance value of the yellow wire, green wire, and blue wire in sequence with the black pen. A normal three-phase motor has internal resistance, and the resistance difference between the three phases is relatively small, indicating that the motor is normal.
If the difference is large or there is no resistance value between them, it means that the motor is broken, or the motor line is broken, and which phase of Hall yellow, blue, and green is abnormal, indicating that the corresponding Hall is broken or the Hall line is broken.
