Emergency treatment of common faults of Tricycle Motorcycle

Don`t panic if something goes wrong while using your Tricycle Motorcycle. Here are some tips for you to troubleshoot problems during use.

1. The metal oil pipe has cracks or blisters. You can cut off the rupture, find a plastic pipe with a suitable inner diameter and a certain tightness to connect it, and tie both ends with thin wire; you can also temporarily apply soap or tie tape on the oil leakage area.
2. The oil pump diaphragm is ruptured. You can use the method of patching tape layer by layer; or cut oilcloth, plastic film, etc. into pieces and sandwich them in the diaphragm for use. If the gap between the inner and outer rocker arms of the oil pump is too large, iron sheets, iron wires or cotter pins can be filled in the gaps and tied securely with thin iron wires.
3. The dump truck valve spring is broken. The two broken springs can be reversed so that they are opposite to each other, and then reassembled for use; if broken into multiple sections, the valve clearance adjustment screw can be loosened to close the valve and cut off the oil supply to the cylinder so that it cannot be used. Work again.
4. The fan belt is broken. You can drill a small hole at each end of the broken part of the original fan belt and connect them with thick iron wire for temporary use; you can also twist several strands of rope into one to replace the fan belt. The rope ends should be sandwiched in the middle and then tied with iron wire. Bundle securely.
5. The fan blade is broken. If only one piece is broken, remove the piece opposite to the broken piece to keep the fan running smoothly. If the fan blade is seriously damaged, it can be replaced with a household fan blade and installed backwards on the fan bracket.
6. The water bulkhead on the cylinder head is leaking. If it is caused by the loosening of the water bulkhead, you can use a flat-headed iron rod to tighten the protruding part of the water bulkhead, and then tap it with a hammer a few times to tighten it; if it is caused by corrosion and perforation, you can use glue and thick cloth to paste it layer by layer.
7. Radiator leaks. If the water inlet and outlet hoses are slightly broken and leaking, they can be wrapped with tape or soapy cloth, and then tied tightly with iron wire or string. When the rupture is serious, the hose can be removed, the ruptured section can be cut off, and it can be tied tightly with a suitable bamboo tube or string; when there are holes in the radiator upper and lower water chambers, multiple layers of tape can be applied or a universal tape can be used. Use glue to plug the leak, or block it with cotton or wood blocks and then tie it tightly; when the radiator copper pipe leaks slightly, you can use soap to block it; when the leakage is serious, you can clamp the leaking copper pipe to prevent it from leaking.
