The surface coating of Gasoline Tricycle is not only beautiful, but also can play a certain protective role for Tricycle Motorcycle. However, there are many common coating methods for it, mainly the following:

1. Roller coating method: It uses several rollers to transfer the coating liquid while applying it on the base fabric.

2. Engraving roller coating method: It is a combination of scraper coating method and roller coating method. The coating liquid attached to the convex part of the engraved roller with a concave and convex surface is scraped off by the scraper.

3. Scraper coating method; It uses a scraper to apply a certain amount of coating liquid on the base fabric, and the thickness of the coating is adjusted by the gap between the scraper and the base fabric.

4. Roller method; Use a heated roller to roll the coating liquid into a thin film. This method can be used for thicker coating processing, and the coating thickness can be adjusted more accurately.

5. Tricycle Motorcycle lamination method: The film rolled by the roller or other films is bonded to the membrane material or base fabric. Generally, the surface of the base fabric is bonded or processed by hot pressing.
